Your role in this adventure:

Visitor Services:

  • Act as one of the first points of contact with visitors from around the world and provide outstanding customer service
  • Greet each visitor in a helpful, professional, and friendly manner, take admission fees, record visitor statistics, and process sales through tills
  • Act as the communications desk representative for all enquiries, first aid and emergency situations
  • Provide knowledgeable information on gift shop merchandise and assist with gift shop maintenance by tidying and stocking merchandise

Team Collaboration:

  • Contribute to a fun and positive workplace culture through collaborative interactions with coworkers and supervisors
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the facility is run smoothly, helping out where needed during peak busy times
  • Assist with Special Events, including occasional off-site events as needed

Key Skills and Qualifications you bring to the team:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a museum, cultural site, or retail setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in handling cash transactions, operating point-of-sale systems, and managing financial transactions accurately
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn basic First Aid and CPR protocols is an asset

POSITION: FULL TIME SEASONAL

HOURS: 9: 45 am- 5:15 pm

TOTAL HOURS PER WEEK: 36.25HRS
